Standards for Free Service & Warranty Period

The warranty period is 1 year from the date of purchase.
In the event that there is a problem due to any defect in manufacturing within the warranty period, free service is available.
If it is unable to verify the date of purchase, the warranty period is 3 months from the date of manufacturing.
For a charged service after the warranty period, the warranty period is 3 months from the date of service.

Standards for Charged Service

After the warranty period is expired
Even within the warranty period, if the breakdown is caused by the user (submersion, shock, etc.)
If the breakdown results from repairing or disassembly by any other than the company’s technicians
If any other than the company’s technicians alters the product data without permission (system info., configuration error, password loss, etc.)
If the breakdown results from the inappropriate way of power connection other than the ways provided or recommended by the company
If the breakdown results from the use of any additional item other than those provided or recommended by the company
If the breakdown or damage results from the user’s negligent handling
If the breakdown or damage results from natural disasters (fire, earthquake, flood, lightning, etc.)
